I really want to cook some sweet low-calorie recipes that none of those pesky sugar, egg substitute, etc., have

Bars nutritious diet - you can eat instead of biscuits

INGREDIENTS
3 / 4 cup all-purpose flour
1 / 2 cup quick cooking oats
1 / 4 cup toasted wheat germ
1 / 2 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon orange zest
3 / 4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 / 4 cup whole almonds
1 / cheese 2 cups shredded coconut
NOTES
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, flour, oats, butter, wheat germ, orange peel and 1 / 2 cup of brown sugar on low speed until well blended. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes (mixture will be dry).
With your hands lightly with flour mixture forms a ball, then Pat into 8 "by 8" baking dish.
In a small bowl of eggs with a cup of 1 / 4 brown sugar, mix the almonds and coconut. Pour batter evenly into the pan.
Bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 6 pieces

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder tea
¼ c. Tea Salt
1 package chocolate chips 6 oz butterscotch or

Melt butter, beat brown sugar. Allow to cool. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy. Flour with baking powder and salt. Low Fat / CAL oatmeal cookies

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder tea
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 / 2 cup white sugar
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
Applesauce 1 / 4 cup sugar-free simple
1 / 2 c. Tea-Vanilla extract
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup chocolate chips

Arrival

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2in a medium bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
3in a large bowl of butter and sugar. Egg, then applesauce and vanilla. Working by hand, stir in flour mixture and oats until well blended and no streaks of flour remain. Stir in chocolate.

1 1 / 2 cup skim milk yogurt (or use low fat or fat-free, fat-free sour cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
Arrival
1SET oven to 350 F.
2Generously Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
3in a medium bowl, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
4in another bowl, beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla and mix well.
5Mix in yogurt and applesauce and mix well.
6Mix the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and beat at low speed until just combined.
7Transfer an ovenproof dish.
8Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done (see closely, not onlycook!).

You can reduce the sugar in a recipe for about 20 to 25%, you can also cut with butter or oil in a recipe. Also, I do not know how to help without the use of alternative ingredients.
