Should I talk to a doctor before taking an iron supplement? - iron poisoning more condition_symptoms

I felt tired and exhausted lately so a few weeks ago, I started an iron supplement of 50 mg daily. Since taking office, I felt more alert and energetic. But a few days after I started, I stayed here because I read on iron poisoning and how to seek better medical attention. The only negative point is under chair was a little harder.

Although no more than the recommended dose on the package should be good.

An Internet search for "the poisoning of iron" leads to more information.

I asked the same thing so I called the pharmacy and asked. He said it is entirely possible to take iron on the table. He said that if I make a difference, I find iron. He said that if I is not notice a difference, not the problem of iron. I slow release 50 mg, which is to be a little soft in the belly. They are drinking to much water throughout the day.
In general, iron is very dangerous and can cause a fatal overdose in children under six years. The pharmicist says it's OK for adults iron to absorb the counter.
If you have a question about medicine, either prescription or nonprescription medicines, trained pharmacists as well, if not more doctors. They are really just there to answer questions at the pharmacy. The technicians who do all the work. Of course, help to pharmacists, but mostly it is working .... share their knowledge and answer all your questions.

Yes, go see a doctor. They recommened a physical exam with lab work to see if you miss something. Normally, I do not think guys are iron deficient - if comapare vitamins for men against women, one of the differences will be much less if the iron men.
